WCU is a University of North Carolina Campus
Academic Common Market (ACM)
If you’re applying to WCU from out of state, you may be able to pay in-state tuition rates through Academic Common Market (ACM). ACM is a tuition-savings program for college students in the 16 Southern Regional Educational Board (SREB) member states who want to pursue degrees in fields that are neither offered by their in-state institutions nor commonly available in the other SREB states.

To be eligible, you must:

• Seek enrollment at one of WCU’s graduate level–master's and doctoral degree programs. (WCU does not participate at the undergraduate level.)
• Be a resident of one of SREB’s member state: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia.
